My apologies for not responding sooner, but I had no success with email access in Myanmar. I also have to apologise for the telephone call from you when I first arrived in Yangon. The line quality was not very good, so sorry for any confusion. The trip by private car worked out well.
The trip was fabulous! I thank you for all the hard work you put into the itinerary and getting all the guides organised in each location. Just about everything went very smoothly. It was a fantastic vacation.
There is one issue I need you to follow up on. This is in relation to the accommodation at the Bagan River View Hotel. As you know I was charged an extra $170 for the room. On the first morning that I had to wake early for the balloon ride I had no hot water. When guests checked into the adjacent room it sounded as though they had joined me in mine. The walls were so thin, I could hear every conversation and footstep. It was not that the guests were being noisy, it was just there was no soundproofing between the rooms. For the cost of the room I was not expecting this. I complained to the front desk and the manager agreed that they would waiver the upgrade charge. Given that everything was prepaid, I need you to follow this up with them and refund me the difference.

Firstly I am sorry for the late response to your email and not filling in your feedback form. I was unwell when we left and totally forgot about it.
I would like to say that we really enjoyed the trip, and it was well worth the money spent. I thought the guides and drivers were extremely courteous, polite and friendly, the cars were roomy, clean and comfortable. The accommodation was good but some were a little tired and in need of updating especially in Bagan, but the garden and location was lovely. We also felt that some days there was a little too much crammed into a day.
The Inle lake tour had long and hot days. We decided to cancel one days travel on the lake when we discovered it was going to be 6 to 8 hours travel in a small boat without toilet facilities or any shelter from the sun. I felt that the guide for that trip did not have a big knowledge of the distances on the lake and we had a lot of difficulty communicating with her. Our alternative trip to the boat builder, the blacksmiths and the local village was nice and informative.
Our trip to the Golden rock could of been rescheduled to either the end of the trip or a few days later so as to avoid the full moon. If we had been made aware of the importance of the full moon to the locals we would have gone at a later time when it was not so busy so that we could have had a hotel on the Mountain Top as we were led to believe we had. That was extremely disappointing.
The holiday was great and we enjoyed it greatly thank you.

I hope u started well in the new year 2015. We came back with a lot of nice impressions and as we wrote you in den form everything was perfect of the tour. We also liked the the trip to pindaya and kakku, when we started at inle lake, espacially kakku was great. In Mandalay the program was also fine, with mandaly, sagaing and specialy mingun. The cruise to bagan with the old paukan ship, the sunset on the river, the relaxind atmosphere, we enjoyed it very. In Bagan we loved the market and huge pagoda field, it was very nice and impressive. Here we have only one point, which we would recommend you to change in the program, it would be nice to have a half day off, that we could have the time to take an electrobike an discovery the stupas, etc. alone. The standard of the hotels and the food in the hotels was very good, nothing to complain, the driver were friendly and at the end our tour guide Ms. zar ni win was very, very good. Her german was very good and also her explanations and the information which we get of the country, sights and people was very informativ. So this as a short review to our trip last year. For 2016 we are planning a longer trip to asia an australia (4 month). For that we plan to come back to your lovely country and would like to visit some places in the northern area. Would you please be so kind and give us some ideas for a 3 weeks trip... we would start one week at ngapali beach, as we were last year, but then we would like to go to the north and to other places which we did not yet visited, for the roundtrip we would have time for around 14 days, after that we will then go to indonesia or directly to australia.
Looking forward to some recommendation for the 2 weeks roundtrip in myanmar, we will then start from ngapali beach.

Hello! We got in 22 hours ago, a very long flight it was. We spent a little time in Hong Kong then the 15 hour flight home.
It was a great trip and we met a lot of amazing people. After travelling this way we would probably not go back to booking things ourselves. This was so easy and stress-free it made it all worthwhile. I will send a link to the TripAdvisor post when it is up.
Back to work tomorrow and hoping that jet lag is kind to me.

how would like to thank you very much for the wonderful holiday in Myanmar. It was a wonderful trip. The selection of hotels we liked. The beach hotel was fantastic. A great view !!!!

On the flight irregularities had already been mentioned. We felt at Myanmar Travel in good hands and knew they take care of our domestic flights
Mr Carsten was able to enjoy the holiday despite the small incident. Due to the heat, he had problems with his circulation. Thank you also for the delicious dinner and birthday cake.
The many impressions (pagodas, landscapes, people ....) will be with us for many weeks. Beginning of 2015, we will make a joint photo evening and again remind us of the good times.
We can really recommend your travel agency. Next year we will not make a big holiday. Maybe we will contact you again in 2016, touring Cambodia / Laos.
Ultimately, again a big thank you to you for the great preparation of our vacation. The tours were interesting and not too stressful.

All the tour guides are excellent very friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Naung Naung in Inle Lake. Ms. Naung Naung was very accommodating when my husband was sick. She managed to rearrange everything and fit in all the sights.
The drivers are all very attentive, know when to stop to allow taking photos and helful to my mom to get in and out of car.
Beautiful country, peaceful and raw. Hope it stay that way! Great trip.

I had an excellent trip to Myanmar. my special thanks and gratitude to Ms. Trang Vu, for organising such a perfect tour in such a short time.
Without her help and the support of your company and team, I would never have made it. my thanks to all of you in making the trip a memory of a lifetime.
My only two suggestions. the mistake was one my part not to have mentioned. I would have preferred an accommodation in Bagan with better wifi/connectivity.
Although the hotel was excellent. not having internet in your room is quite stressful. also I think you should advise people on the weather in the place of travel.
I was fortunate enough, but the last day in Bagan and the next day was very cloudy. If someone is traveling and spending to a see the sunset there, was not to witness it, what a colossal waste it would be.
My Balloon over Bagan trip was cancelled but it could have been much worse if it rained throughout my stay. I think you should take care of this.
Thanks once again though and hope to travel with you guys again.

We definitively enjoyed our 11 days stay in Myanmar. To summarize, we found that 1 day in Yangon and 1½ day in Mandalay was sufficient and also, we must admit that the time we spent in Bagan and Inle Lake we enjoyed the most.
In Bagan we had an afternoon off and we decided to enjoy the beautiful temples by foot (a walk for approx.. 1-2 hours) . This can be recommended as a nice and peaceful way to explore the Bagan temples, this could also be done on a bicycle. The third day in Bagan we spent in Mt Popa, the drive was interesting and joyful but the long drive to get there to see the Mountain and the temple could be spent better.
In Inle Lake we also had some time off ; we spent the morning in a canoe and it was so peaceful and quiet and we were able to explore the atmosphere in the small villages in a different way than from a speedboat. This can also be recommend.
All in all we had a great stay, great guides with lots of knowledge and passion and we will highly recommend Myanmar as a place to visit and also you as travel agent.
Also, we are so grateful that you could help us with the last minute flight change.
